A WORKING PREMISE / NOT A CONCLUSION
How much life can I fit into one life?
I’m spending a few weeks living in every state. The states are the structure. The actual subject is what happens when curiosity, people, and participation are allowed to change a life.
THE QUESTION UNDER THE QUESTION
How do you become an adult without becoming less alive?
What actually makes a life feel full?
What happens when asking has real authority?
How much can another person change the route?
RECONSTRUCTED FROM MEMORY · ORIGINAL WALL GONE
I knew how to play with a life before I knew how to explain one.
At fifteen, I wrote one hundred things I wanted to do before summer ended on my wall. Then I completed all of them. Some mattered. Some were ridiculous. Productivity was not the test.

- THE RESTSome meaningful. Some stupid. All allowed to count.one summer
Responsibility, money, fear, anxiety, expectations, and other people’s opinions made that way of living smaller. This is not a new adventurous identity. It is a return to an instinct that already existed.
THE EXPERIMENT
Stay long enough for ordinary life to begin.
Buy groceries. Walk the neighborhood. Find somewhere worth visiting twice. Work. Have a boring day. Get lost. Learn something. Participate. I want each place to become slightly familiar—not merely photographed.
One state may belong to one person. Another may be landscape and sound. One may hold several trades; another none. Life decides what the material is.
01 Be there.
02 Experience it.
03 Document what feels worth preserving.
“I forgot to photograph this because I was having too much fun” is a valid documentary record.
WHAT THE FORM MUST PROTECT
The work stays open by refusing the wrong premise.
Fear matters when it stops participation. It does not organize the life.
Consistency belongs to the design system, not to forcing each state into a formula.
People have their own lives, voices, boundaries, and ways into—or out of—the archive.
Difficulty stays difficult. Resourceful systems can still be documented honestly.
THREE PLANES / ONE DOCUMENTARY
Experience leads. Participation changes it. Utility reveals the machinery.
